collective for resilience, regeneration and retreats
We are a collective of people who recognize the need for our activism to be grounded in resilience and well-being in order to create long-term impact.
Activism needs regeneration, rest, and space to process experiences and emotions.
We are able to create the greatest change when we are rested and able to be fully present.
The offerings of re:collective are for people who are contributing to eco-social cultural transformation in different ways and who have reached a point where exhaustion, overwhelm, or stress are blocking their effectiveness.
We know that asking for support and giving yourself permission to take a break is a great privilege and not always easy, especially in the face of the many crises and the violence present in our society. And we believe that if you have found your way here, it may be time to press pause.
In cooperation with Living Future e.V., Haus in der Blume, and a broad support network, we offer you retreats – for yourself alone, together with others, or with your group.
Solo retreat
Monday to Friday
With or without one-to-one support
Vegan meals included
Accommodation in a wagon or forest cabin
We support you through emotional overwhelm, traumatic experiences, stress, conflict, burnout, or other personal challenges.
Dates available in the application form.
Group retreat
Dates on request
One-to-one support as needed
Vegan meals included
Accommodation in a wagon, forest cabin, or private room
Rest, connect, and reflect together with others.
We provide the framework and offer facilitation, mediation, group exercises, bodywork, creative practice, or input on regenerative activism – depending on your needs.
We are here for you.
We all bring different experiences, skills, and backgrounds, and move within both activist circles and contexts of inner transformational work.
Our work is trauma-informed, process-oriented, emotion-positive, and grounded in equality – person to person.
When signing up, you are welcome to indicate any preferences regarding who you would like to be accompanied by.

We do not tolerate sexism, racism, queerphobia, or any other form of discrimination. We also distance ourselves from conspiracy ideologies.
We stand for a solidaric, sustainable way of being together – free from domination and hierarchy.
At the same time, we are aware that we all live in a society in which we have internalized many of these patterns ourselves, and we are in an ongoing process of actively unlearning them.
